This week's Cookie Alert highlight features Daisy Girl Scout Isabella from Troop 35331. Isabella delivered cookies to hard working teachers on Valentine's Day! She loves the Girl Scout Cookie Program and her favorite cookie is the Adventurefuls because they are so yummy! We asked what Isabella wants to be when she grows up and she said a Police Officer. Great job to Isabella thinking of others during this cookie season and we are here cheering her on as she and other Girl Scouts continue to reach their goals!

Scavenger Hunt Time!

We are getting closer to our council goals this cookie season! Lets keep the momentum going with a fun Scavenger Hunt! Enter for a chance to Win a Dolphin Squishmallow for completing a few fun activities, PLUS be entered to win a family four pack of tickets to an adventure near you! We will draw names from each county through the rest of cookie season and at the end of cookie season March 12th.

Double the impact of the Girl Scout Cookie Program by sending cookies to service men and women and emergency personnel! Customers have the option to do this virtually through Cookie Share. Use your unique smart cookies link or share our donate link for Care to Share.

The importance of the Cookie Share Program
|
|

In Person: "If you can't eat them, treat them... and never handle the cookies." Let your customers know about Care to Share if they decline cookies due to a dietary restrictions.

Visual Poster: Create an informative, exciting poster letting customers know they can donate to military personnel. Visit GSCCC Cookie Central: Cookie Season Tips & FAQS for a ready made poster if needed.

Virtual Cookie Share Program: Discuss with your customers about the online option to send cookies overseas. Cookie Share is an option in smart cookies for customers to order online and still participate in the Care to Share program. (Plus your troop never handles the cookies this way)

Decorate Your Booths! Cookie booths are a fantastic way to meet new people, share your goals, and show potential customers what being a Girl Scout is all about! Brightly decorated cookie booths tend to draw more attention and attract more customers!

Don't Be Afraid to Talk to People Walking by your Booth! You never know who might be a potential customer! Ask questions like "Want to send boxes overseas to our military?" "Did you know you can donate cookies to local emergency personnel?" Plus, you'll also get to practice building confidence and sharpen your people skills!

Be Appreciative, Even If They Say No. Make sure you are always polite and thankful. Girl Scout Law says, Girl Scouts do their best to be "honest and fair, considerate and caring." That applies to customers and non-customers. Consider a leave behind or tell them where to find cookies if they change their mind.

Prepare for the Weather! Make sure you check the weather before you set up your booth! Watch out for cold and rainy days, and dress appropriately for the weather! (Snag a picture and earn your Storm Trooper Patch- see link below)

EXTENDED PATCH DATES: We are extending the Cookie Techie Patch Dates to February 28th, 2023. We had several troops orders affected due to the raspberry rally cancelled orders. We are extending this patch to help those affected. So keep sharing those digital links to earn this patch!!

CREDIT CARDS: Be sure to tell customers to manually enter their credit cards when ordering. There is a glitch in the system when using auto-populate for credit cards. For more help reach out to

Raspberry Rally: has surpassed projected sales leading our baker to announce another pause in production of these cookies. We are striving to give you the latest information we can to update you on the last restock of the season. March 4th, 2023 will be the final restock for this cookie. Follow us to see any further updates.

SELLERS: Make sure you are giving your girl(s) direct Smart Cookie link for sales to people you know. This ensures you, your troop, and your council are all credited for the sale!

OTHER ISSUES: We have had some parents not getting the girl delivery approval emails. This is due to them accidentally opting out of abc emails. Only an ABC tech can fix this issue.
