Troop Travel Applications
|

We know that your Girl Scout Troops will be traveling this summer, so please remember to submit your troop travel application. For trips that are overnight or more than 120 miles one-way, your application needs to be submitted at least 3 weeks before your trip. For a trip of 2 or more nights, a submission needs to be made 6 weeks before your trip. For international travel, we need to have your applications six months in advance. We have an online application as well as a paper option to suit your needs, which you can find here. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at info@girlscoutsdiamonds.org.

Membership Renewal

Thank you to those who renewed early! Our team will be working on sorting part of the incentives soon, and the others will be coming to you separately. If you have not renewed yet, don’t worry. There is still plenty of time! Spring Renewal continues until May 15. Be on the lookout for on-time renewal incentives. Magic Springs Campout | July 31-Aug 1 | CE
Announcing the return of the signature event, Magic Springs Campout! Spend an exciting day with Girl Scouts at Magic Springs Theme and Water Park!
Each participant will receive a special Magic Springs patch to commemorate the day.
Day Camp Registration is Open!
Curiosity takes the lead at Camp Innovate! Dive into hands-on STEAM fun with experiments, creative builds, coding, and more. In between, enjoy classic camp traditions, outdoor play, and time with new friends. Must bring lunch daily. Snacks are provided.

Online VTK Finance Submission Incentive
|
Annual Troop Financial Reports are due by May 31. Troops who submit
via the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) finance tab on-time will have a chance to win a $75 Retail Shop gift card for their troop.
To qualify:
• Submit Annual Troop Financial report by May 31, 2026
• Submit online via the VTK Finance Tab
• Supporting paperwork must be attached (large attachments can be emailed to troopfinance@girlscoutsdiamonds.org by May 31)
• No Extension Requests submitted
There will be one drawing winner per region: Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, Midwest, Northwest, and Central. Drawing will take place June 12. Gift cards will be mailed to the winning troops by end of June.

Cookie Program
|
We’ve reached one of the most exciting points in the cookie season – rewards time!
SUPMs will receive the packages, inspect them for any missing or damaged items, and report any issues directly to the Product Program Department. Once everything has been reviewed and sorted, SUPMs will distribute the items to the troops. Troops should then pass the rewards along to their Girl Scouts as soon as possible.

2026 Fall Product Program and 2027 Cookie Program

Exciting news—our upcoming mascots are here! The 2026 Fall Product mascot is the Kangaroo, and the 2027 Cookie Program mascot is the Lop-Eared Rabbit. This year’s theme: Ready to explore.
Product Program Debt
Outstanding product program debt must be paid in full by July 31 to participate in the next membership year product program (2026 Fall Product and 2027 Cookies).

Camp Care Packages are available in three sizes with convenient pickup at camp session check‑in. Order through CampDocs with registration or directly from the shop—a perfect way to make camp extra special!
