Calling all super leaders! Get ready to power up at LEAF University 2026: Superhero YOU – Leading with Courage! LEAF University is an action-packed one-day retreat all about celebrating you — the everyday heroes who make the magic happen. Enjoy fun workshops designed for both new and experienced leaders, with team-building adventures and plenty of laughter along the way. Come recharge your powers, share ideas and leave inspired to lead with courage and confidence! LEAF University will take place May 30 in Conway. Your $40 registration fee includes a t-shirt, lunch and your choice of workshops.

Summer camp is calling. Long days outside, campfires, laughter with new friends, archery on the range, creative time in the craft house, pool splashes, and challenges that build confidence. 2026 Graduating Seniors Diamonds Scholarship

Girl Scouts – Diamonds has established the Diamonds Graduating Senior Scholarship Program, which is committed to advancing leadership opportunities after high school. These scholarships are available for graduating senior Girl Scouts who epitomize the Girl Scout Mission. More information and how to apply can be found here.

SoWaCo Service Unit’s Fishing Derby is a great way for girls to try their hand at fishing with no experience necessary! Experts will be on hand to assist those who may need it. Registration includes a custom fun patch. Check the link for full information.

Save the date! Spring Renewal is April 1-May 15. We have been working diligently on the incentives for our Girl Scouts and volunteers. We are so excited to share more with you as we get closer to the time. Pay attention to your inbox and follow us on social media for later communications!

Call for Volunteers: Camp 479 and Camp 501
|
Play like a Girl Scout, party like an adult!
Whether you're in Central or Northwest Arkansas, we're looking for volunteers to join us for an evening of camp-y adventure at our signature fundraising events.
There's an opportunity for every interest, like hosting an activity station, monitoring the silent auction, or working the registration table. If you'd like to stay behind the scenes, come early or stay late for set-up and tear-down.

Cookie Program News
|
Please remember service unit deliveries will occur February 13-20. Your SUPM will reach out to schedule a time for your troop to pick up their initial order.
Preparing for deliveries
* Print and review your troop’s initial order details from Smart Cookies.
* Count and verify amounts are correct. The items received should match the delivery ticket. Do not accept more products than what is on the delivery ticket.
* The SUPM and troop leader both sign the delivery ticket. Obtain a copy for your records.
* When distributing products to caregivers, verify and sign the delivery tickets.
Customer delivery tips
Keep your deliveries on track and your customers happy with these quick tips:
* Deliver cookies to customers as soon as possible and use Digital Cookie reports to track girl-delivery orders.
* After the initial order phase, continue managing online girl-delivery orders in Digital Cookie. Watch for notifications and mark orders delivered.
Cookie Booths
This year, all booths that are solicited will be uploaded by your SUPM. Please be sure to connect with them on their process. All booths must be entered in Smart Cookies so they appear in Cookie Finder and for troops to use the Smart Booth Divider for package and payment credit. Don’t forget to use the Booth Inventory Sheet (page 3 of Cookie Booth Essentials) to help track sales and inventory.
Remember to check all the resources available to make your troop and Girl Scouts cookie season a success.
