It's the Last Weekend of the 2023 Cookie Program!
If you haven't already, now's the time to resend your girls' ecards and social links reminding customers that this is their last chance to stock up on cookies until next December!

Important Upcoming Dates
  • March 5: Program ends. No cookies may be sold after this date without permission from GSSI.
  • March 8: All money is due to the troop.
  • March 11: Troop paperwork due to SUCC and main recognitions due in Smart Cookies.
  • March 15: All SUCC final reports are due to the council.
Raspberry Rally & Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies are Now Sold Out
Due to the overwhelming popularity of the two online-exclusive cookies, ABC Bakers has completely sold out of both varieties. Raspberry Rally will not be available on March 4 as previously hoped.

From ABC: "After much consideration and consultation with GSUSA and the Product Program Steering Committee, ABC will not be able to put the Raspberry Rally cookie back online on March 4. Although we did produce the planned production for the season, demand is so high and quantity so limited that we cannot guarantee that we will not incur backorders as we did during the last release. In addition, we are out of stock on Caramel Chocolate Chip, our gluten-free cookie. The Smart Cookies Direct Ship banner now says “Out of Stock." We apologize for any inconvenience to you, your members, and consumers. Thank you for your partnership." For questions or concerns, contact ABC Bakers.

End of Program Resources for Cookie Volunteers
For an overview of the final paperwork and reporting procedures, reference pages 19-20 of Cookies 101. Additionally, you can find a quick reference of financial transactions and bank deposits, troop direct ship orders, and how to enter main recognitions with the End of Cookie Program Quick Reference Guide.

Bling Your Booth Contest
Don’t forget to bling your booth this season! Troops can create a fun and unique cookie booth to attract more customers and show off their artistic marketing skills. The top three vote-getting troops will win a gift certificate to the council shop! (1st: $60, 2nd: $40, 3rd: $20)
  • To enter, submit up to 3 photos of your booth to lalvey@girlscouts-gssi.org. (Troops can now submit more than one photo!) Please include your troop number.
  • Entries must be received by Thursday, March 9.
  • Voting will take place Friday, March 10-Wednesday, March 15, via an online form that will be shared on social media. Winners will be announced on Friday, March 17.
