Ready to take your troop camping? Get your Venture Out I and II completed! You can even add in Venture Out III – Outdoor Cooking to become a pro at cooking without a kitchen.
Venture Out I is available to all troop leaders in gsLearn and can be assigned to other troop volunteers by request.

Little Camp on the Prairie Spring Encampment | May 2-3 | DBJCSA | Camp NOARK
Registration is filling quickly, do not miss out! Step into homestead life with hands-on making, outdoor skills, and classic camp adventures. Rotations blend archery, slingshots, BB guns, the challenge course, and creative hours in the craft house. Try bread baking with fresh jar butter, make a small batch of jelly, and learn simple lashing that turns ropes and sticks into useful camp gadgets. Explore local plants and safe plant edibles, then relax with leathercraft stamping and beginner-friendly crochet. Campers practice teamwork, build confidence, and take home skills they can use again, all while enjoying camp traditions like songs, s'mores, and time with friends.

After the Amazeum closes to the public, Girl Scouts are taking over the museum for an exclusive STEAM event! Explore exhibits and find special activity booths with hands-on challenges that will help you earn a unique Amazeum fun patch. Registration closes April 28.

Day Camp Registration is Open!
Curiosity takes the lead at Camp Innovate! Dive into hands-on STEAM fun with experiments, creative builds, coding, and more. In between, enjoy classic camp traditions, outdoor play, and time with new friends. Must bring lunch daily. Snacks are provided.

Summer Camp

Payment Plans Available
Flexible payment plans are available for summer camp. Families can set up a payment plan on their remaining balance after the deposit is paid. All camp balances must be paid in full two weeks prior to the start of the registered camp session.
Setting up a payment plan early can help make camp more manageable and stress free for families.

Spring Renewal is Here!
|
|
Spring membership renewal is here! Spring Renewal goes from April 1– May 15. A Bella Canvas shirt and sweatshirt will be available for purchase when you renew! The t-shirts are now $18. Members who renew by May 15 can purchase a t-shirt. The sweatshirts are $25 for youth sizes and $35 for adult sizes. Once the renewal is complete, a link will be sent to the renewed member via email to complete the t-shirt order.

Online VTK Finance Submission Incentive
|
We are offering troops who submit financial reports online via the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) finance tab by May 31 a chance to win a Retail Shop gift card for their troop.
Troops that meet the criteria below will be entered into a drawing for a $75 Retail Shop gift card:
• Submit Annual Troop Financial report by May 31, 2026
• Submit online via the VTK Finance Tab
• Supporting paperwork must be attached (large attachments can be emailed to troopfinance@girlscoutsdiamonds.org by May 31)
• No Extension Requests submitted
There will be one drawing winner per region: Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, Midwest, Northwest, and Central. A $75 Retail Shop gift card will be mailed to the winning troop.
Drawing will take place on June 12. The winning troop per region should receive a $75 Retail Shop gift card in the mail by the end of June.
