Reminders from Member Care

If you are not renewed, you will lose access to your troop and Service Unit details in Looker and myGS. • Lifetime members, remember to renew your volunteer roles as well! You don't need to renew your membership, but you must check to make sure all of your roles are current and active. • Member Care is now in a high-volume period of cases and phone calls helping Girl Scouts get set up for the 2024-2025 membership year. If you submit a case via email to membercare@girlscoutshh.org please do not submit a duplicate case. This will delay the Member Care team in getting you a resolution.
