Every year, Girl Scouts and Girl Guides from over 150 countries around the world join together to celebrate our most beloved annual tradition, World Thinking Day. This year’s focus of “Our Story: Reflecting the Symbolism and Values of our Movement” will allow your troop to explore how they can build the confidence to know how to make a real difference, in your community and beyond. The good news is that your Girl Scout Troop doesn’t need to wait until February 22 to start earning their awards. The Cookie Program begins on December 4!
|
Get excited for the PANDAmonia because the 2025 Cookie Program begins on December 4, 2024, in southwest Indiana!
Reminders: - The cookie permission form is now combined with the annual permission form. - If you have a Girl Scout participating in the Cookie Program and who is a part of two households, both households MUST have a signed annual permission form on file for the Girl Scout.

Upcoming Cookie Events for Girls

Cookie Pitch Recording Weekend What: Are you ready to take your Girl Scout Cookie sales to the next level? Then come to the GSSI Office to record your cookie pitch in front of a fun Girl Scout-themed backdrop (we're talking about balloons, cookie boxes, props, and more)! This opportunity is open to troops and individual girls, and there will be pre-written pitches available for girls who may need a little extra help with what to say in their pitches. Remember to wear your uniform or favorite Girl Scout gear! Where: GSSI Office, 5000 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47715 When: Saturday, November 23, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM CT and Sunday, November 24, 12:00–2:00 PM CT. Time slots are available every 20 minutes. Cost: FREE! Registration Deadline: November 20, 2024
Cookie Kick-Off with the Evansville Thunderbolts What: Start the Girl Scout Cookie Season with a fun night at the Cookie Kick-Off with the Evansville Thunderbolts! All Girl Scouts will be seated together in the Goal Zone, and can sign up for a ride on the Zamboni on the registration form! A special patch is available to get during registration, too. Where: Ford Center in Evansville, IN When: Saturday, December 7 with the puck drop at 7 PM Cost: $11 for tickets + $2 for an exclusive patch Registration Deadline: December 6, 2024

Vest Quest Fridays at the GSSI Shop
|
Girl Scouts can visit the GSSI Shop for Vest Quest Fridays where you can advance your quest to fill up your vest with patches and badges! Each month, there will be a different activity that Girl Scouts of any age can complete at the council shop to complete a requirement for a different patch or badge.
Join us in November to complete some requirements to earn a few patches and badges! Visiting Girl Scouts can complete an activity to earn their Native American Heritage Month patch! Learn more about the activities, the corresponding patches & badges, and future Vest Quest Fridays on our website.

Hey there, Girl Scouts—The new Membership Year began on October 1 which means that Girl Scout activities are back in full swing! GSSI wants to know what you and your troop are doing this year. GSSI's Fall Program Guide is now online! Program Guides are seasonal guides that feature council and community partner events, and programs for girls, troops, and families. The 2024 Fall Program Guide includes programs and activities from September to November 2024.

GSSI's community partners for programming are organizations and businesses in the community that offer programs, activities, and events for local Girl Scouts. My Girl Scout Kits include all the essentials your girl needs for each grade level for just $60 and includes a free drawstring bag! Each level may choose from a kit with a sash or a vest.

My Girl Scout Uniform Basics order forms allow you to select uniform pieces a la carte.

Girl Scouts Essentials Guide includes official apparel and accessories for girls and adults and all badges and patches for each grade level.

The shop is open for in-person shopping on Mondays from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT. Can't make it in? No worries! Online and pre-orders are accepted Monday through Friday and may be placed online, by email, or by phone for FREE shipping or pick-up!
