Girl Scouts – Diamonds has partnered with Newmark to take a fresh look at how our properties can best serve girls, volunteers, caregivers, and staff for years to come. As part of this process, we are asking members to complete a survey to help us better understand what you value most, what you need, and what kinds of experiences are most meaningful to you.
Please note there are separate surveys for Adult members and Girl members/Caregivers. Take a few minutes to complete the one that applies to you.

Join us for a day of celebration, inspiration, and leadership! Celebrate with us as we honor our dedicated volunteers, recognize Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts who have completed their Highest Awards projects, and celebrate our graduating seniors and scholarship recipients.

Attendance is required for Council Advisory Team (CAT) and Board members as they are the voting delegation for our council. Registered members ages 14 and older are encouraged to observe the meeting.

Troop Travel Applications
|
Getting your troop ready for a summer adventure? Don’t forget to submit your travel application! Any troop trip that is overnight or more than 120 miles one way requires a Travel Application to be submitted to info@girlscoutsdiamonds.org at least 3 weeks before the trip.
Trips lasting two or more nights require a Travel Application to be submitted at least six weeks before departure.
For international travel, applications must be submitted six months in advance.
We offer both online and paper application options to fit your needs. If you have questions, please contact our team at info@girlscoutsdiamonds.org.

On-Time Renewal
|
Throughout the month of June, troops with a combined girl and adult membership retention rate of 60% to 90% will be entered into weekly giveaways. Depending on the week, winning troops may receive a Girl Scout Shop gift card or a set of Bridging kits.
Our team is currently finalizing this year's Spring Renewal incentives and will share details with volunteers soon.

Magic Springs Campout | July 31-Aug 1 | CE
Announcing the return of the signature event, Magic Springs Campout! Spend an exciting day with Girl Scouts at Magic Springs Theme and Water Park!
Each participant will receive a special Magic Springs patch to commemorate the day.
Day Camp Registration is Open!
Curiosity takes the lead at Camp Innovate! Dive into hands-on STEAM fun with experiments, creative builds, coding, and more. In between, enjoy classic camp traditions, outdoor play, and time with new friends. Must bring lunch daily. Snacks are provided.

Coming Soon: New Banking Platform for Service Units & Troops
|
We are excited to share that a new banking platform will be launching soon to help streamline troop and Service Unit financial processes. This new system is designed to reduce the workload for Service Unit Treasurers related to troop bank accounts and troop financial reporting, while also creating a more efficient experience for troops and Service Units.
Service Unit Treasurers will receive more info this summer - including an opportunity for a live demo!

Girl Scout Experience Box
|
New to volunteering or leading a troop? You can lead confidently with our monthly Girl Scout Experience Boxes! New Daisy (K-1) or Brownie (2-3) leaders can receive monthly boxes that include simple scripts, easy instructions, and ready-to-use supplies for fun, stress-free meetings. Start with a Welcome Box, followed by up to seven themed boxes, depending on when the troop begins.
We have some exciting news about our Experience Box! We are now offering a limited-edition box for Junior Troops! Your troop can receive this special box by registering or renewing one troop leader and at least four Juniors entering 4th or 5th grade 2026-27 year. Multilevel troops that meet this requirement are eligible too. Boxes ship this summer and quantities are limited.
