Bridging Kits & My Girl Scout Kits

Bridging marks a girl's transition from one leadership level to the next and is an exciting time in a Girl Scout's life. Our Bridging Kits contain everything you need to celebrate these special events, including a bridging award patch, certificate, membership star and disc, bridging pencil, a fun patch, and more. The My Girl Scout Kit includes all the essentials your girl needs for each grade level, plus a free drawstring bag! Each level may choose from a kit with a sash or a vest. 2024 Summer Camp Registration Closes in May
|

Registration for overnight camps at Camp Koch is still open, but not for much longer! Registration for the Family Camporee: A Pirate Party closes on May 17, registration to volunteer over Good Turn Weekend closes on May 27, and registration for all other camps at Camp Koch closes on May 31. Info Meeting on Volunteer Trip to Nuestra Cabaña
|
|
Join GSSI for an informational meeting on Monday, May 13 at 5:30 PM (virtually or in person at the GSSI Office) to learn about the volunteer-only trip to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) World Centre in Mexico– Nuestra Cabaña– where volunteers will participate in the Real Mexico: Day of the Dead event! This volunteer-only trip is meant to serve as a training opportunity for volunteers who are interested in taking Girl Scouts to WAGGGS World Centres in the future with GSSI. If you are interested in joining this volunteer trip, please fill out the interest form on our website, and join us for the info meeting!

Hey there, Girl Scouts— May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so this month's social media challenge is all about self-care, self-love, and mental wellness. So, tell us how you take care of yourself and your mental wellness. Do you have a self-care routine? Or, maybe you like to take walks outside, write in a journal, or practice mindfulness. Let us know your tips and tricks for showing yourself some love!

GSSI is always here to help and we want to do whatever we can to make your next cookie program bigger and better! We have created a survey for volunteers and a survey for girls & their families, so please share any feedback or ideas with us as we read every comment and suggestion. There will be a drawing for a $25 GSSI Shop Gift Certificate for each survey, too!

Scouts Night with the St. Louis Cardinals
What: The St. Louis Cardinals invite all Girl Scouts to enjoy Scout Nights at the Ballpark. Before each game, all scouts and troop leaders will be invited to participate in an on-field parade around the warning track.
When: Monday, May 20, 2024, 6:45 PM CDT OR Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 6:45 PM CDT
Where: Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO
Cost: $12 per ticket with a special patch included
Girl Scout Tie-Dye with Acclaim Graphics
What: Learn to Tie-dye and create your own wearable art with Acclaim Graphics! Time slots are available at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00, with a max of 12 participants per hour.
When: Saturday, June 1, 2024
Where: Acclaim Graphics

Cost: Depends on the size of the shirt, but the price includes all dyes, setup, gloves, t-shirts, and rinsing instructions to take home.
