Seniors and Ambassadors - still thinking about a Destinations trip? Here’s one from a sister council: Herstory: Exploring Pennsylvania’s Past and Present (July 27-August 3, 2025).
See history through the eyes of girls and women in Pennsylvania, from colonial days to the 21st century—in historic Gettysburg, industrial Hershey and dynamic Lancaster. On-Time Renewal
|
|
Spring Renewal is happening now! Renewing troops could be eligible for additional incentives – depending on the percentage of retained members. In June, troops with a 60-90% retention of adults and girls combined will be included in weekly giveaways. Troops will have a chance to win a Girl Scout shop gift card or a set of bridging kits, depending on the week. Specific information on the giveaways will be distributed soon!

Troop Financial VTK Submission Incentive
|
Keeping accurate troop financial records is important for maintaining the non-profit status of Girl Scouts - Diamonds and safeguarding a troop’s hard-earned funds. Troops must submit financial reports as required by council procedures. Annual troop financial reports are due by May 31.
We are offering troops who submit financial reports online via the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) finance tab a chance to win a retail shop gift card for their troop. Troops that meet the criteria below will be entered into a drawing for a $75 gift card.
· Submit Annual Troop Financial Report by May 31, 2025
· Submit online via VTK Finance Tab
· Supporting paperwork must be attached (large attachments can be emailed to dwolverton@girlscoutsdiamonds.org by May 31, 2025)
· No extension requests submitted
There will be one drawing winner per region. A $75 retail shop gift card will be mailed to the winning troop.
The drawing will take place on June 14. The winning troop in each region should receive their gift card in the mail by the end of June.

Calling All Dental Professionals!

We’re looking for dentists, dental hygienists, or dental students to join us at Camp NOARK every Monday from June 9-July 7 to teach campers about the importance of dental hygiene. If you are interested or know someone who is, please email camp@girlscoutsdiamonds.org.

Effective April 1, 2025, we discontinued dedicated Second Saturday shop hours. However, we’re excited we’ll be hitting the road more often with Pop-Up Shops and events in your area!
If you'd like to request a Pop-Up Shop for an event, please submit the request form as soon as possible once your event is scheduled.
We are working to streamline our shipping costs and we will announce new standard shipping rates soon. Additionally, our online shop is getting an upgrade to showcase our council-owned products for easier viewing.
