September 11—Early Access for Troop Volunteers
September 19—Girl Scout Fall Product Program Begins
October 19—Girl Scout Fall Product Program Ends
October 19—Caregiver order entry ends
October 21—Troop order entry ends
October 22—Last day to make changes to reward choices
October 23—ACH withdrawal (full balance)
Week of November 12-19—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers
November 26—Last day to deliver product to customers

Why Participate?
|
|
This program plays a key role in helping Girl Scouts grow as leaders while building the 5 Skills. It’s a simple and enjoyable way for your troop to get ready for the Girl Scout Cookie Program. With Girl Delivery, girls can offer contactless transactions while still adding a personal touch for customers. It also provides valuable practice for exciting new ways to participate in the cookie program—beyond the options you already know! Review our program flier to find out more.

How to Participate
|
Troops are eligible to participate in this fall product program if they meet the following requirements: two registered, background-checked leaders and a registered, background-checked fall product manager for the 2026 membership year. Fall product managers must complete training in gsLearn. Additionally, your troop must have an active bank account and a submitted ACH Authorization Form. A Troop Guide is available online for more details.
Girls in participating troops must also be registered for the 2026 membership year and have a signed Permission Form on file with their troop fall product manager to take part in the program.

New Products
|
|
Don’t miss out on the exciting new product offerings this year. The new Cherry Almond Clusters are available via Direct Ship, Girl Delivery, and order card. The personalized stationery items are returning this year and are shipped directly to customers. We also have a new candle product line with 8 different 16oz candles. BarkBox bundles are also available with 2 returning boxes and 3 new ones!

Girls will be able to earn some great rewards this year, but we are especially excited about the experience levels!

Conservation Level - Chaperoned Folsom Zoo Experience
Girls who earn and select the Folsom Zoo experience will enjoy a self-paced tour of the zoo sanctuary alongside their chaperone. During their visit, they’ll meet a variety of amazing animals — most native to North America, with many found right here in California! It’s a unique chance to discover and learn about local wildlife in a safe, enriching environment. Earners will also earn a custom GSHCC conservation patch.

Build-a-Bear Workshop at GSHCC Sacramento Shop
Girls who earn and select the Build-A-Bear experience will get to enjoy a fun and memorable activity right here at the GSHCC Shop in Sacramento! Experience the magic of Build-A-Bear as girls create their very own stuffed animal friend, guided by our trained shop staff. After bringing their bear to life, they'll have the chance to dress it up with select clothing items, making it uniquely theirs—a perfect keepsake to celebrate their accomplishment!
