The Initial Order has ended, and Mega Drop is quickly approaching. We are still in need of volunteers. Service units attending Mega Drop are required to provide at least 10 event volunteers. Volunteers will welcome troops to this cookie "drive-thru" and send them on their way to a successful cookie season. As a reminder, event volunteers must be adults 18 years old or older. Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors can volunteer with adult supervision.

Ways to Participate
|
Girl Scouts have various cookie sales methods to help them develop skills and reach their goals. Leaders and families should not feel obligated to use all methods each year. Instead, they should assess their time and resources to choose the best approach for their troop. During the family meeting at the start of the cookie season, select the methods that work best for your group. Navigating Ways to Participate Ways to Participate

Cookie Drops
|
The GSHCC Mega Drops are almost here. Troops will schedule their appointment times for Mega Drop at the time of Initial Order submission. To help streamline the event process, troops with orders exceeding 200 cases are encouraged to bring one passenger as a designated “loader.” For event details, maps, and more, please visit our website and select the Mega Drop dropdown. To assist with Mega Drop processes, please remember to print a Windshield Flier and check out vehicle size capacity guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the event!
Inventory discrepancies must be communicated within 24 hours after cookie pick-up with the following information: troop number, type of discrepancy, varieties, and amounts. Please refer to your Troop Guide's page 18 for where to report an inventory discrepancy.
If you are in a service unit that hosts a Mini Drop, remember to work with your service unit cookie manager for more event information. You must have a minimum of 10 volunteers to help with your mini drop, the more you have the quicker the event will move. Volunteers who are supervising and directing the delivery agents must be adults. If you are combining your Mini Drop with another service unit, be sure to coordinate volunteers from all service units.
