We are down to our last week of the 2024 Girl Scout Fall Product Program. It’s not too late for girls to participate. So far, over 390 girls have earned the personalized patch and 140 troop fall product managers have met the requirements. Remember that all earners must verify their mailing address for this special patch to be shipped form M2.

Important Dates
|
October 20—Fall Product Program Ends
October 20—Caregiver order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 22—Troop order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 23—SU order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 24—ACH withdrawal (full balance)
November 13-20—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers
November 27—Last day to deliver product to customers
December 15—Private Girl Scout Skating Event

Paper Order Entry
|
|
Parents must enter all paper orders by Sunday, October 20. Troops will need to enter the total for in-person orders taken on the order card. Girl Delivery and Direct Ship orders are automatically credited to each girl and are not part of the Paper Order Entry. Troops can enter missing orders and make corrections by October 22. At the service unit level, you will have until October 23 to make any edits necessary.

If girls have Girl Delivery orders they will not be able to deliver, families or troops must contact M2 customer care no later than October 20 to cancel those orders. Girl Delivery orders cannot be canceled after this date.

|
|
Rewards and Experiences
|
|
Girls who earned rewards at levels with “or” options must select reward choices by October 23. Remind troops and girls to redeem their personalized patch as well if they earned them. You do not have access to make reward selections at the service unit level, but you will be able to see reward reports. Troops who opted out of rewards will not earn reward items or experiences but can still earn patches.

Financials
|
|
Girl Delivery and Direct Ship sales are deducted from a troop’s ACH balance due. Any money due will be deducted via ACH on October 24. Troops who sold online only and are due a refund will have money deposited to their accounts via ACH on that same date.

|
Juliette/IRGS Participation
|
|
Juliettes/IRGS who participated in your service unit will pick up their product and rewards from you following the same process as other troops. Juliettes who earn Juliette Pathway Credits will have their cards mailed to them directly.
