Join us for a full day of inspiration, connection, and celebration designed especially for Girl Scout volunteers!
Whether you’re brand-new or a seasoned volunteer, this year’s conference offers something for everyone. Choose from a wide variety of workshops designed to energize your year and support your volunteer journey—from event planning and recruitment strategies to hands-on games, product program updates, and more.
No pre-registration is required for workshops—you’ll select your sessions the day of the event!

Honoring Years of Service and Membership Milestones
|
At this year’s conference, we are proud to recognize the dedication and commitment of our volunteers through the Years of Service and Years of Membership recognition. Whether you’ve been part of Girl Scouts for 10, 20, or even 65 years, we want to celebrate your milestone! Volunteers may be recognized for both service and membership achievements.
Years of Service: Celebrates your time as an adult volunteer (e.g., troop leader, cookie manager, service unit team member, trainer, etc.), starting at 10 years and recognized every 5 years thereafter (10, 15, 20…).
Years of Membership: Recognizes total years as a registered Girl Scout—both as a girl and an adult—starting at 20 years and recognized every 5 years thereafter (20, 25, 30…).
How to Participate:
If you would like to be recognized during the Volunteer Recognition Ceremony at the 2025 BIG Volunteer Conference, please complete the Recognition of Years of Service/Membership 2025 online form at least two weeks prior to the event. You’re welcome to attend the ceremony portion at no cost, or you may register for the full conference experience.
