Volunteer Cookie Roles
Now is the time for troop leadership to ensure that volunteer roles are defined and up-to-date in MyGS. Roles should be updated by January 2 to be transferred to the cookie systems.
Smart Cookies Troop Lead
The volunteer who will be the PRIMARY contact for Smart Cookies. They will receive the notices from Smart Cookie regarding transfers, orders, etc. This is also the "site lead" for Digital Cookie.
Cookie Support Squad
These are the volunteers who are the "alternate" contacts in Smart Cookies. They will have access to book booths, make transfers, enter orders, etc.
