Participation Requirements
An ACH Authorization Form is required only for troops that did not participate in the 2025 product programs. Troops that did participate should submit the form only if banking information has changed, as GSHCC already has this on file. Troops without a cleared pre-authorization will be contacted and cannot pick up cookies until resolved. Girls must be registered for MY26, be in an eligible troop, and have a completed Cookie Permission Form.
Price Increase & 2026 Incentive
Girl Scout Cookies are $7 per package, with proceeds staying local to support girls, troops, and council programs; see how the proceeds are allocated. For 2026 only, GSHCC is offering a council-wide incentive based on a goal of 1.43M packages.
-
Meet the goal: +$0.05 per package for participating troops.
-
Reach 102% (1.46M): +$0.10 per package.
Troop Training
Training is required to receive cookie supplies and participate in the program. Online training is available in gsLearn—search “634 Troop Cookie Manager Training 2026.” Upon completion, cookie managers will receive a certificate, which must be provided to the service unit cookie team to receive supplies.
New to Digital Cookie
The Digital Cookie team improved database stability, data transfers, returning customer access, and checkout. Payment options include Venmo, PayPal, and now cash in the mobile app.
Troops and girls will gain access to Smart Cookies and Digital Cookie on January 7, 2026, once registration requirements are met. Troop uploads occur Tuesdays and Thursdays; girl uploads occur Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Newly eligible troops or girls will be added on the next scheduled upload.

Gluten-Free Cookies
Pre-ordered gluten-free cookies will be added to troop inventory after the Initial Order submission. They are not available for Girl Delivery or in-person orders during Initial Order but can be ordered via Direct Ship while supplies last after Initial Order.

New Cookie - Exploremore
These rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookies, filled with chocolate, marshmallow, and toasted almond crème, celebrate the adventurous spirit of Girl Scouts.
Troop Initial Order Reward
Troops with a per-girl Initial Order average of 200+ will earn a $20 Amazon voucher for booth essentials, emailed to cookie managers in February.
Cookie Enterprise Program (formerly Cookie Boss)
Boost cookie business skills by connecting with corporate customers. This optional program can help Girl Scouts earn credit toward badges, the GSHCC Rose Award, and a Cookie Enterprise patch by submitting the form by March 18. Registration for this self-paced program is now open.
Cookie Drops
Service units hosting a Mini Drop were contacted directly with delivery dates. The troop scheduler is used for both Mega Drops, showing available times during Initial Order. Service units attending a Mega Drop must provide at least ten volunteers. Register for a role at Mega Drop.
