The 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program officially begins this week! Ensure your Girl Scout is ready to participate and you register their Smart Cookies account as soon as possible. Send customer emails during this first weekend so customers can take advantage of our shipping discount promotion. GSHCC is offering a $5 off shipping for the first weekend of sales for Direct Ship orders of 9 packages placed between January 12–14.

Participation Requirements
|

Please ensure you have filled out a Parent Permission Form if your Girl Scout(s) will be participating in the cookie program. We have a Digital Form available online as well. Customers can order cookies via Direct Ship and receive cookies earlier or they can pre-order online for Girl Delivery.

Girl Delivery
|
|
If you are planning on offering the Girl Delivery option, be sure to select that option upon Registration Set-up for under 13 and Registration Set-up for over 13 for Digital Cookie. Girl Delivery orders will automatically populate in Smart Cookies, so there is no need to provide these order totals to your cookie manager. Caregivers can enter in-person paper orders in Digital Cookie until January 26 or must provide these orders to their cookie manager by January 28.

Please ensure noreply@abcsmartcookies.com is in your safe sender list so that emails don’t end up in spam. Reach out to your cookie manager for help resending the email if necessary. Digital Cookie will be an addition to Smart Cookies as a platform to enhance the cookie program.

Financials

We encourage families to utilize contactless payment options. Smart Cookies has a credit card payment option built in. GSHCC will once again cover these fees for the 2024 cookie program! Families are responsible for all other payment system fees.

Rewards
|
|
This past summer, local Girl Scouts voted on their favorite reward options that they wanted to see for the 2024 Cookie Program. Be sure to check out the Reward Card for full details. All girls who sell 195+ packages in their Initial Order (by January 28) will receive a color-changing camp light!
|
|
|
Don’t forget to remind customers about our Cookie Share program! Customers can make select Cookie Share donations for $6. GSHCC handles the distribution of cookies, so you do not set aside physical inventory for these donations. Donations are made to Blue Star moms, food banks, blood drives, and other local nonprofits council-wide. Sell 15+ Cookie Share donations to earn the Cookie Share patch. Sell 30+ Cookie Share donations to earn the Boost Bar to add to your theme key ring. Sell 50+ Cookie Share donations to earn a second Boost Bar. Both Cookie Share rewards are available to all Girl Scouts, even if their troop is opting for the Older Girl Proceeds Plan.
