Dear GSHCC Volunteer,
Thank you for serving as a Girl Scout volunteer. As you know, volunteering for Girl Scouts often requires a commitment that goes above and beyond a typical volunteer experience. Your dedication and hard work positively impacts girls in often immeasurable ways.
Whether you serve as a troop leader, volunteer within a service unit, or help at events, your passion shines in everything you do. Your contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful impact on our Girl Scouts, shaping their experiences, growth, and achievements.
We’re here to help you make an even greater impact. To support your volunteer journey, we offer a variety of tools and resources designed to make your role easier and more rewarding. Through your myGS account, gsLearn offers online training, and the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) provides meeting planning resources and insightful articles. Safety Activity Checkpoints and Volunteer Essentials cover important risk management policies and procedures. For inspiration, check out GSUSA’s “Tips for Troop Leaders,” explore GSHCC’s Program Partner List, or join our monthly L.E.A.D. sessions to network and ask questions. Activities like SWAPS, songs, and ceremonies spark creativity, and you can find everything you need on Rallyhood. Together, we can continue making a difference for every Girl Scout!
Your dedication not only helps Girl Scouts earn badges and explore the world, but it also fosters a space where they can practice self-care, discover their strengths, and form lasting friendships. Thanks to your mentorship, Girl Scouts are empowered to learn, lead, and grow into confident individuals. Your guidance helps them face challenges, explore new ideas, and build connections with others. We are deeply grateful for your invaluable role in creating a nurturing environment for Girl Scouts, and we thank you for everything you do to make a lasting difference in their lives.
GSHCC thrives because of your efforts, and we are fortunate to have you as part of our team. Thank you for being an essential contributor to GSHCC and to Girl Scouts.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season!
