Now that the 2025 Girl Scout Fall Product Program has wrapped up, it’s time to prepare for product and reward distribution. As we close out another successful season, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your participation. Your support and encouragement truly make a difference in every Girl Scout’s experience.

Important Dates
|
November 12-19—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers November 15—Folsom City Zoo Experience November 26—Last day to deliver product to customers December 6—Bear-a-Bear Experience

Service Unit Delivery
|
|
At delivery, carefully count all products and rewards to confirm quantities match your delivery ticket—no extras will be provided. Pay close attention to cases vs. units when checking your order. If there are any shortages, note them on the delivery ticket before signing, as signing confirms everything listed was received and GSHCC will not be able to replace any product.

Distribution to Troops
|
|
Use the Troop Product Pickup Scheduler to set pick-up dates and times, allowing enough time to sort products and rewards beforehand. Print and attach each troop’s Delivery Tickets when organizing orders. When troops arrive, count items together before signing. Resolve any discrepancies on the spot, as no extra product is available. Once signed, the delivery ticket confirms correct quantities and troop responsibility.

Rewards and Experiences
|
|
Rewards will be delivered in a similar manner to the product deliveries in the week of November 24. Coordinate with troops for distribution. Earners will be notified regarding experience information in the upcoming weeks.

|
Juliette/IRGS Participation
|
|
Juliettes/IRGS who participated in your service unit will pick up their product and rewards from you following the same process as other troops. Juliettes who earn Juliette Pathway Credits will have their cards mailed to them directly.
