Cookie Drops
Our Cookie Drops are beginning soon! If your service unit hosts a Mini Drop, ensure troops have all the information for your event. Remember to use the Dot Sheet report in Smart Cookies to print Dot Sheets for your event. Please refer to the Mini Drop Planning Checklist for assistance. If your service unit attends Mega Drop, your service unit is required to have at least ten volunteers at the event; register for a role at Mega Drop.
GSHCC’s Mega Drops are rain or shine. The northern site closes at 1:00 pm and the southern site at 10:00 am—no cookie distribution after these times. Troops should confirm their reservation. Inventory sheets will be provided; no Dot Sheets needed. Volunteers working the closing shift who are picking up cookies will be released 15 minutes early. Review event details on our website. Troops picking up 350+ cases will receive VIP instructions by email. Report any inventory discrepancies to Customer Care within 24 hours and bring a printed confirmation email to a Cupboard within one week of opening day to resolve them.

Booths and Alternatives to Booths
Cookie Stands may only be hosted on residential property. All booths on commercial or public property must be entered and approved in Smart Cookies as Troop Secured Booths. Girls use their own inventory and may take payments through their own site rather than the troop site. Booth Sale Guidelines Booth Sale Worksheet Smart Booth Divider

Venmo Cookie Season Promotion
Venmo has worked with GSUSA to create a promotion for Venmo consumers during cookie season. Starting as soon as January 27, Venmo is providing a $5 cashback offer to select Venmo consumers who spend $30 and checkout using Venmo on GSUSA’s Digital Cookie® website/app. Only Venmo consumers that received the offer, and who spend a minimum of $30 at checkout will qualify. The offer is not transferable. The offer is viable until 40,000 customers redeem the offer or until March 31, 2026, whichever is sooner.

Financials
Troops who did not clear the Pre-Authorization charge and those that have not submitted valid ACH information have been contacted by GSHCC. These troops will not be able to place Planned Orders.

Cookie Cupboard
Cookie Cupboards open Friday, February 20. Planned Orders are due Sundays at midnight and are strongly encouraged, as they receive priority and help with inventory planning. In February, both GSHCC Cupboards will be open for Planned Orders only, and not all Cupboards accept Unplanned Orders. Cupboards distribute full cases only; service units are encouraged to coordinate troop-to-troop transfers for individual packages.
Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies are available in limited quantities and may not be guaranteed, as they cannot be restocked.
