The 2025 Girl Scout Fall Product Program may be finished, but the excitement isn’t over yet! It’s time to get ready for product and reward distribution. Delivery tickets for both products and rewards will be available on your M2 dashboard starting November 3. Important Dates November 12-19—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers November 15—Folsom City Zoo Experience November 26—Last day to deliver product to customers December 6—Bear-a-Bear Experience Service Unit Delivery At delivery, carefully count all products and rewards to confirm quantities match your delivery ticket—no extras will be provided. Pay close attention to cases vs. units when checking your order. If there are any shortages, note them on the delivery ticket before signing, as signing confirms everything listed was received and GSHCC will not be able to replace any product. Distribution to Troops Use the Troop Product Pickup Scheduler to set pick-up dates and times, allowing enough time to sort products and rewards beforehand. Print and attach each troop’s Delivery Tickets when organizing orders. When troops arrive, count items together before signing. Resolve any discrepancies on the spot, as no extra product is available. Once signed, the delivery ticket confirms correct quantities and troop responsibility. Rewards and Experiences You do not have access to make reward selections at the service unit level, but you will be able to see reward reports. Troops who opted out of rewards will not earn reward items or experiences but can still earn patches. Folsom Zoo on November 15, 2025, where they’ll meet the zoo’s beloved black bears, Henry and Olive. The trip supports the Friends of the Folsom Zoo’s mission to care for and enrich the lives of rescued animals. Admission will be provided for each earner and one adult chaperone. Adult supervision is required, and transportation is not provided. Earners will also receive a custom GSHCC Conservation Patch. Build-A-Bear party on December 6, 2025. They’ll make new friends while creating their own bear, complete with up to two accessories. Adult supervision is required, and transportation is not provided. Juliette/IRGS Participation Juliettes/IRGS who participated in your service unit will pick up their product and rewards from you following the same process as other troops.
