Hello Girl Scout Family,
Girl Scouts did an amazing job with their Initial Orders. Now that the Initial Order has been submitted, you will soon have cookies in hand. Please work with with your cookie manager for information on when and how you will receive cookies. Families are always encouraged to work with their troop and offer support if the troop needs additional assistance with picking up or distributing cookies to Girl Scouts.

Girl Delivery
|
Initial Order inventory for Girl Delivery orders has already been automatically assigned. For future Girl Delivery Order needs, caregivers will need to make arrangements to get cookies from their cookie manager. Digital Cookie will not automatically send orders to the cookie manager when more cookies are needed. Gluten-free will be turned on and available for these orders so the participants should turn it off from their “my cookies” tab if they do not have it available. Orders they cannot fulfill will need to be refunded.

Booths and Alternatives to Booths
|
Booth sales and alternatives to booths begin on February 23. If you would like to host a booth that has not been secured by your service unit, work with your cookie manager to enter the site as a Troop Secured Booth. These sites must be reviewed and approved by GSHCC before hosting the booth sale.
Remember that Lemonade Stands can only be hosted on personal, residential property. All booths hosted on commercial and/or public property must be entered and approved in Smart Cookies as Troop Secured Booths. Girls will use their own inventory, not troop inventory, they can take payment through their account instead of troop site.
Booth Sale Guidelines
Girls can accept contactless credit card payments through the Digital Cookie app using a mobile device when selling at booths or during an individual sale. These payments are credited directly to the Troop Cookie Program account. Girls will select their troop from the drop-down menu. For further assistance about mobile payments, please refer to page 7 of the Mobile App tip sheet.

Cookie Share
|
Girl Scouts can continue accepting Cookie Share donations throughout the entire Cookie Program. Cookie Share donations are virtual, so troops do not manage physical donations. GSHCC makes all donations at the end of the cookie program to food banks, retirement homes, homeless shelters, Blue Star moms, and other local charitable organizations. Through our Cookie Share Program last year, GSHCC was able to donate to 50 community organizations throughout our council. Impressive!
Girls who sell 15+ Cookie Share donations will earn a patch. Girls who sell 30+ Cookie Share donations will earn the Boost Bar to add to your theme key ring. Sell 50+ Cookie Share donations to earn a Boost Bar.

|
Cookie Rewards & Experiences information is listed on our GSHCC website. Check out event dates and find event information to help your Girl Scouts make their reward choices. Main and Troop Recognition orders due no later than March 20.
