Initial Order
|
Remember that Girl Delivery orders entered in Digital Cookie will automatically appear in your troop's Initial Order under the “Pre Sale Pkgs” column. Therefore, do not include these orders again in the “Inv Pkgs” column. Troops that mistakenly enter Girl Delivery orders in the "Inv Pkgs" column will be duplicating their inventory and will be financially responsible for any excess inventory ordered. Gluten-free cookies (pre-ordered by troops in October 2024) will be added to the troop's inventory after the Initial Order. Gluten-free cookies are not available during the Initial Order. Cookie Drops
|
All service units attending a GSHCC Mega Drop are required to provide a minimum of 10 volunteers; register for a role at Mega Drop. Volunteers will welcome troops to this cookie "drive-thru" and send them on their way to a successful cookie season. Event volunteers must be adults 18 years old or older or Girl Scout Cadettes and older with adult supervision. Mega Drop Cupboard
|
Did you realize you need more inventory after you placed your Initial Order? Troops attending Mega Drop can place a Planned Order for the Mega Drop Cupboard. These cookies will be shown on your Mega Drop inventory sheet and combined with the troop’s Initial Order. Orders must be submitted by Sunday, February 2. Planned Orders

Financials
|
An ACH pre-authorization will be processed on January 30. Troops who do not have a clear pre-authorization will be contacted by GSHCC and will not be able to pick up cookies until it has been resolved. Troop who did not participate in the 2024 Cookie or Fall Product Programs and those whose banking has changed must complete an ACH Authorization Form by January 27.
