Important Dates
|
October 15 - Fall product program ends
October 15 - Parent order entry ends (11:59 p.m. EST)
October 17 - Troop order entry ends (11:59 p.m. EST)
October 18 - Reward selections due
October 19 - ACH withdrawal
Week of November 8-15 - Product and reward deliveries to service units

Paper Order Entry
|
|
Parents must enter all paper orders by next Sunday, October 15. They will need to enter the total for in-person orders taken on the order card. Girl Delivery and Direct Ship orders are automatically credited to each girl and are not part of the Paper Order Entry. The M2 system operates on East Coast time so all orders must be entered by 11:59 p.m. EST (8:59 p.m. PST). Troops can enter any missing orders and make any necessary corrections from October 16-17.

Rewards
|
|
Girls who earned rewards at levels with “or” options must select reward choices by October 18. You can help make selections at the troop level as well. Remind them to redeem their personalized patch as well. If your troop sold more than $1,000 in combined sales, you must redeem your patch as well. Troops who opted out of rewards will not earn reward items or experiences, but can still earn patches.

Financials
|
|
Troops earn 15 percent of their total sales or 20 percent if they are older girl troops (Cadettes, Seniors, and/or Ambassadors only) and opted out of reward items. Girl Delivery and Direct Ship sales are deducted from a troop’s ACH balance due. Any money due will be deducted via ACH on October 19. Troops who sold online only and are due a refund will have money deposited to their accounts via ACH on that same date.
