The 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program is here! Troops must have two leaders and one cookie manager registered for MY24 to participate. Girls must also be renewed for MY24. We are excited for all of the amazing rewards this year.

January 26—In-person orders due in Digital Cookie (parent order entry)
January 29—Troop Initial Order and Early Recognition Orders Due
February 16–18—National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend
February 17—Mega Drop (North)
February 19—Mega Drop (South)
February 23—Booth sales begin
March 17—Girl Scout Cookie Program ends

Participation Requirements
|
Cookie managers must complete training before troop participation. An ACH Authorization Form is also required if the troop did not participate in 2023 product programs or bank information has changed since then. Troops should refrain from submitting the ACH form if they participated in the 2023 Cookie or Fall Product Programs and banking information has not changed.
Girls must be registered for MY24 and in a troop that meets participation requirements. They must also complete a Digital Form.

Troop Training
|
|
Training is required for troops to receive their cookie supplies and to participate in the program. Online training is live in gsLearn and can be found by searching “634 Troop Cookie Manager Training 2024” in the content library. Cookie managers will receive a completion certificate once they complete the online training. The certificate should be provided to your service unit cookie team to receive program supplies.

Smart Cookies and Digital Cookie
|
Please ensure noreply@abcsmartcookies.com is in your safe sender list so that emails don’t end up in spam. Reach out to your cookie manager for help resending the email if necessary.
Troops will get access to Smart Cookies beginning January 8, 2024. Troop uploads will occur every Tuesday and Thursday, and girl uploads will occur Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This means if troops or girls meet eligibility requirements after the initial upload, they will be added on the following scheduled upload date. Digital Cookie will be an addition to Smart Cookies as a platform to enhance the Cookie Program. Participants will only use Digital Cookie. Girl Delivery orders will automatically populate in your Smart Cookies Initial Order. Caregivers can enter in-person paper orders in Digital Cookie until January 26 or must provide these orders to their cookie manager by January 28.
