How Girls Can Participate
It is not too late to get your girls to participate. Girl Scouts in participating troops who wish to participate in the program must be registered for the 2026 membership year and have a signed Permission Form on file with their troop fall product manager.
M2 System
Early access for troop volunteers and girls is September 11. Remember to create your avatar in the M2 system. Girls must also create their avatar to earn their personalized patches. Once everyone’s avatars are created, you can view your troop photo.
Once girls have created their avatar, remind them to upload a voice recording and video to their site. Girls who do this tend to have higher sales. Customers will be able to see who they are supporting and hear about their goals. The Visualize patch can be earned by uploading a video.
Participation Options
Girls and customers have the options of Girl Delivery, in-person and Direct Ship ordering options. Girl Delivery is our recommended option for local customers. These orders are not entered into the M2 system and customers pay online - no money collection necessary. Girls will receive their products in November for delivery. If a Girl Delivery order is placed in error, caregivers must contact M2 for cancellation no later than October 19. Direct Ship orders feature a larger product catalog and are also paid for online. Find more information in your Troop guide and on our website.
Our Care to Share donations are another fantastic way for customers to support girls and their local communities. Donated nuts will be distributed by GSHCC to local food banks in November. Girls who receive 6+ donations will earn a Care to Share patch.

Once troops opt-out of rewards, the plan cannot be changed back. Check out the Reward Card for the wonderful rewards and experiences that we planned based on the feedback from the girls.

Giant Grizzly Bear Plush (40 inches) will be earned by the overall fall product highest seller. To be eligible for a chance to receive this giant plush, girls must register for the 2026-member year by September 30 and participate in the Fall Product Program by October 19.

One reward that we are super excited about is a sketchbook kit. Girls who choose the reward of this sketchbook kit will get to explore a treasure chest of creativity! With the included sketchbook, every page is waiting for girls to illustrate their ideas. Alongside it are bright pencils, markers, and crayons that can turn everyday thoughts into magical pictures. Stencils, stickers, and fun extras make it easy to add hearts, stars, flowers, or whatever your imagination dreams up.
