Now that the 2025 Girl Scout Fall Product Program has come to a close, it’s time to gear up for product and reward distribution. As we wrap up another successful season, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for being a part of it. Your support and encouragement make a meaningful difference for every Girl Scout.

November 12-19—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers November 15—Folsom City Zoo Experience Week of November 24—Reward delivery November 26—Last day to deliver product to customers December 06—Build-a-Bear Event

Product and Reward Distribution
|
Troops should connect with their Service Unit Fall Product Manager for details about product and reward distribution. Delivery dates and times will vary by service unit. Be sure to pull Delivery Tickets to help you prepare. If your service unit is using the built-in troop scheduler, you’ll be able to Choose Pick-up Time directly in the M2 system.
It’s important to count all products when receiving them from your Service Unit Fall Product Manager and, if everything is correct, sign the delivery ticket. Count again when distributing products to help minimize any errors. Any discrepancies should be addressed at the time of pick-up, as GSHCC does not receive extra products to fulfill troop orders.

Rewards and Experiences
|
|
Reward deliveries will be coordinated with your Service Unit Fall Product Manager in a similar manner to product deliveries. Distribution will begin the week of November 24. Earners will be notified regarding experience information in the upcoming weeks.
