Council Goal Highlight
|
We are thrilled to share that our council has met the second tier of our stretch package goal! Thank you to all the amazing troops, volunteers, families, and girls who made this possible through your hard work and dedication. Every participating troop will receive an additional $0.10 per package sold. Thank you again for all the energy and enthusiasm you’ve brought to this year’s cookie program. Your efforts are making a big impact!

Rewards
|
Most rewards will be mailed to SU cookie teams for distribution to troops and Juliettes. Please ensure you communicate your reward distribution process to troops. Each service unit uses different processes and timelines, so GSHCC cannot give troops an exact distribution timeline. Remember to pull the Recognition Order Summary by Troop when distributing rewards.

ABC Items: “Brave, Fierce, Fun” themed items are sent from ABC directly. The person in your service unit receiving items will receive an email once the rewards are shipped. The shipping address for your service unit can be seen by going to Service Unit Information under My Service Unit in Smart Cookies.

Small Plush, Ferret Metal Keychain and BFF Backpack Patches: These items are not ABC items and will be mailed to you separately. No tracking email will be sent.

Drawing Tablet: This item is not an ABC item. An email will be sent to the earner with information.

Nex Playground: This item is not an ABC item. An email will be sent to the earner with information.

Ninja Treat Making Bundle: This item is not an ABC item. An email will be sent to the earner with information.

AirPods or iPad Mini: This item is not an ABC item. An email will be sent to the earner with information.

Camp Experience: Camp experience information is emailed to earners directly. SU cookie teams will not receive this item.

Cookie Experiences: Girls who earned and selected any cookie experiences will receive an email in April with additional event information. SU cookie teams will not receive items for the cookie experiences.

Last Chance Booth Patch: Last Chance Booth patches will be mailed to service units for distribution. No tracking email will be sent.

Troop Treasure: Troop Treasure is earned with a minimum PGA of 250. Troops with an outstanding balance due are not eligible to earn or use Troop Treasure. Cards will be emailed to cookie managers and leaders in May.

Financials
|
Troops who completed a Cookie Collection Report had a credit applied to their troop account in the amount submitted. Once collection reports are submitted, troops should not accept payment from families as balances must be resolved with GSHCC directly.

Juliettes
|
Juliette families should be following the same wrap-up process as troops. Families with a balance due will be contacted by GSHCC directly. Girls will be sent their Pathway Credits at the end of May. Please ensure you include Juliettes in communications for reward distribution.
