Fill out receipts for the cookies you are giving Girl Scouts to start their sales with on February 22.
After you’ve given the cookies out, log into ABC and complete the Troop to Girl Transfer and mark it completed on your receipt. Not sure how to do a transfer? Watch this video.

Set up your Troops Digital Cookie site, starting February 15. Not sure how? Watch this video.
Didn't receive an email from Digital Cookie? Reach out to Customer Care at info@gsbadgerland.org.
For Guardians & Girl Scouts:
Guardians will receive their registration email for Digital Cookie on Saturday, February 15. The Guardian MUST set up their Girl Scouts account on the Digital Cookie webpage BEFORE trying to utilize the mobile app. They will need to delete the Mobile App off their device and reinstall it for this upcoming year due to updates/modifications made since Last Year. Actual use of the Mobile App will not be available until February 22.

We have updated the due date for the troop incentive below to allow time to set up you Digital Cookie Site once you have access (February 15). The new due date is February 19.

Troop Incentive

To qualify, by February 19, Troops must: Activate their troop account in Digital Cookie, have their troop bank account listed correctly in ABC, have at least 3 booths scheduled, and have placed an Initial Order.
10 winners will receive a prize pack including 1 Tablecloth, 1 Clipboard, 1 Money Pouch, 1 Tote Bag, and 2 Rollabanners.

Update your Troops information under the My Troop tab. Check the Proceed Plan, Main Recognition Plan, and Troop Recognition plan are correct. Also verify that your Troops bank account is correct.

February 16 – Another round of First Come First Serve (FCFS) Council Secured booths open at 8 am. Select up to 3 more locations/dates/times for your troop to conduct booth sales during the upcoming cookie program.
February 22 – Cookie sale begins - start promoting and taking orders
February 23 – Need additional cookies? Enter a Planned Order in ABC to receive cookies from a cupboard near you by Friday, February 28.
February 23 – Another round of First Come First Serve (FCFS) Council Secured booths open at 8 am. Select up to 3 more locations/dates/times for your troop to conduct booth sales during the upcoming cookie program.

March 12 - Look for an email regarding the amount of the ACH pull that will occur from your Troop account on March 19. It will be 40% of the balance owed on all cookies received as of March 12.
March 19 - ACH Withdrawal #1
Throughout the sale - Communicate with families and determine if your troop needs to move cookies between Girl Scouts that have too many and Girl Scouts that are in need of some. This will help minimize your need to do a Planned Order or find yourself with too many cookies to be able to return during the upcoming Return Dates.
