Last Chance Booth Patch
Last Chance Booth patches will be available for girls who participate in booths during the week of March 9-15. Each Girl Scout is eligible for one patch only and the total patch request per troop cannot exceed the number of girls listed in Smart Cookies. Troops must show existing booth appointments in Smart Cookies. Those participating in Cookie Stands are also eligible for this patch but must submit a picture of their stand. Last Chance Booth Patch

Cookie Cupboards
We’re in the final weeks of sales, and some cupboards may close after this week. Check with managers before visiting to confirm limited inventory. Troops are encouraged to use troop-to-troop transfers for small quantities. Girl Scouts Heart of Central California cupboards in Sacramento and Modesto are accepting Unplanned Orders during open hours while supplies last (Tue–Fri 2–6 p.m., Sat 9 a.m.–12 p.m.). Troop Inventory Exchange (March 10–15) allows exchanges of full, unopened, sellable cases (excluding the gluten free cookie)—no returns. Planned Orders have priority, and exchange varieties vary by cupboard. Participating cupboards include GSHCC Sacramento, GSHCC Modesto, Folsom, Mountain House, Merced, Penn Valley, Lodi, Woodland, and Sutter Creek.
Cupboard Update: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Roseville Cupboard has been closed for the season.

Cookie Update
We’ve heard from some volunteers that customers are occasionally confusing Adventurefuls with our new cookie, Exploremores. As you prepare for booth sales, please remind Girl Scouts to highlight and promote Exploremores with customers so they’re familiar with this exciting new option!

Girl Delivery
Any inventory needed to fulfill customer orders should be transferred using a Troop to Girl transfer. Keep in mind that girls can continue to edit orders at the time of delivery and can issue refunds if necessary. The last day to accept online payments is March 15, so customers who wish to pay by card must do so by this date.

Cookie Enterprise Program
The Cookie Enterprise Program, formerly the Cookie Boss Program, is an elevation of a Girl Scout's skills in communication, organization, and responsibility as they learn about building cookie partnerships and closing a deal! Should they choose to put these skills to the test, they can also grow their sales by partnering with businesses to make large-scale cookie sales to earn a custom patch. Cookie Enterprise Program

Rewards and Experiences
Visit our website for details on the Reward Card and Cookie Experiences. GSHCC cannot edit recognition orders after March 23. Please ensure the reward choices are correct by the deadline. Alternative rewards not listed on the reward card cannot be offered. A Troop Recognition Order must be created for troops to earn Troop Treasure. Main Recognition Order
Reward Update We were made aware of a misprint in the physical reward card. Please note the NEX Playground system is bundled with a watersport experience!
-
1,750+ packages: Earners can choose the NEX Playground System, an interactive, motion-based gaming experience with full-body, controller-free play, plus a watersport experience at Lodi Lake on May 2, 2026.

Cookie Share
Make sure Cookie Share donations from Girl Delivery orders after the Initial Order are entered as Virtual Cookie Share or in the Smart Booth Divider so girls receive credit. Important Note: Donation-only orders in Digital Cookie do not require transfer. Please ensure you do not provide these numbers to your cookie manager for entry as they will be automatically credited to Girl Scouts. Run the Digital Cookie report to total each girl’s digital Cookie Share donations, compare it to Smart Cookies, and enter any differences in the Virtual Cookie Share tab. |
National Cookie Finder
The National Cookie Finder can be found at www.girlscoutshcc.org/cookies or girlscoutcookies.org. Troops links will be shown for customers to purchase cookies via Direct Ship and customers can also find local booths. Remember to distribute sales received via your Troop Link prior to creating a Main Recognition order.
Financials
Troops needing a one-week ACH extension must contact GSHCC at least three days before the withdrawal. If an extension is not requested and payments are returned, troops are responsible for all non-sufficient funds fees.
If families owe money at program end, submit a Cookie Collection Report by March 22. GSHCC will issue Smart Cookies credit so your troop can access proceeds. After submitting, do not accept payments from those families—GSHCC will handle them directly. Troop Cookie Manager Guide: Pages 18 & 19

Inventory and Program Wrap-Up
As your troop finishes the program, communicate available inventory so customers know what’s in stock. Use troop-to-troop transfers as needed and ensure Girl Financial Transactions balance to zero. If balances are off, confirm all money is collected and inventory is assigned correctly. For negative balances, check for overpayments or unresolved Girl Delivery orders and resolve by refunding the customer or transferring inventory to the correct girl. Troop Wrap-up
