Linda Pickhartz and Dave Espinosa
|
If you’re looking for a couple who truly “bleed green,” Linda and Dave are it—living symbols of dedication, passion, and service within the Girl Scouts community. They have poured their hearts, time, and energy into shaping a welcoming and empowering environment for generations of Girl Scouts.
Linda, a former Girl Scout, became a Lifetime Member and Troop Leader when her daughter joined, quickly taking on roles like Service Unit Manager, Camp Sylvester Chair, National Delegate, and Leader Mentor. She even led three hikes up Half Dome. Though their daughter has since bridged to Adult, Linda and Dave stayed involved, sharing Girl Scout experiences with others. Dave managed the Escalon Cookie Cupboard for 10 years, supporting troops with cookie stock and hosting Service Unit events. His dedication, like Linda’s, shows how Girl Scouts thrive through diverse support and commitment.
After 30 years, Linda and Dave’s dedication has made a lasting impact. Their contributions reflect a deep love for Girl Scouts and a commitment to helping girls build courage, confidence, and character. For them, Girl Scouts is a family legacy and a shared passion for empowering young leaders.
