Dear GSHCC Volunteer,
A brighter future is created through the dedication, leadership, and care that you provide to your Girl Scout troop. You are shaping Girl Scouts to believe in themselves and make a positive impact in our world.
At GSHCC, we are so happy to see how you continue to foster growth. I have been reflecting on this upcoming year and I want you to know that as always, you play a vital role within Girl Scouts. I hope you feel refreshed and ready to work with your girls this upcoming year. We are excited to see you engage your Girl Scouts in badge work, community action projects, and the outdoors.
This past weekend, we held our seventh annual BIG Volunteer Conference, it was a success thanks to the more than 150 volunteers in attendance. Each session was defined by passion and dedication, covering a wide range of topics from the impact of troop leaders and growing service units, to insights on mental health and self-care, risk management, event planning, STEM, and more.
We are fortunate to have each and every one of you as a part of GSHCC and I can’t wait to see how you guide and impact the girls you work with. I cherish your engagement and value your commitment to be the leaders our Girl Scouts look up to.
