Dear GSHCC Members,
We are reaching out to gather your valuable input ahead of an important decision for the Girl Scout Movement.
Our national delegates, elected in 2022, continue to represent Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC). During the National Council Session in 2023, they gathered insights, reviewed proposals, and acted as the voice of GSHCC. Since then, they have continued to serve and have been authorized to vote on behalf of our council when needed.
A special session has been called for Saturday, October 19, and we want your feedback! Two key proposals regarding dues increases will be discussed, and it’s important that your perspective is heard.

Step 2: The Delegate Workbook serves as the formal call to meeting for the Special 57th National Council Session, which will take place virtually on Zoom on Saturday, October 19, 2024, for the purpose of considering membership dues increases, and contains the proposal details as well as parliamentary and business procedures. The proposals may be found on pages 11-19.
