Cookie Drops
The troop scheduler will be used for both GSHCC Mega Drops. Troops will see available appointment times when entering their Initial Order. If your service unit attends a Mega Drop, it is required to have at least ten volunteers at the event; register for a role at Mega Drop. Service units hosting a Mini Drop were contacted by the delivery agents.
Should troops experience inventory discrepancies at their Cookie Drop, they must contact customer care within 24 hours and resolve them within one week of Cupboard opening day. Troops who do not meet these deadlines are responsible for all of their inventory discrepancies.

Mega Drop Cupboard
We encourage troops to continue taking orders after submitting their Initial Order. If a troop needs more inventory than what was placed in your Initial Order and attends Mega Drop, they can order additional inventory. Troops attending Mega Drop can place a Mega Drop Planned Order and will be able to receive this inventory with their Initial Order. Troops who place a Mega Drop Planned Order will have both orders combined on their “Dot Sheet.” They will attend the event at the scheduled time shown on their Initial Order, not the Planned Order time.

Booths and Alternative to Booths
Please remind troops to review all Booth Guidelines before attending their booth sales. If troops submitted Troop Secured Booths, they would not be able to attend the booth until GSHCC has reviewed and approved the site.

Girl Delivery
Girls can continue to accept Girl Delivery orders through the end of the cookie program. Cookie managers will need to transfer any additional packages using Transfer Orders just as they have in previous years, even if orders are pre-paid.
Girls engaging in online sales should ensure they follow all online selling guidelines. Girl Scouts can post their cookie links online except for resale pages, including but not limited to Facebook Marketplace, eBay, NextDoor for Sale, and Craigslist. For additional clarity, links cannot be posted on pages where selling is the primary focus. Digital Marketing Tips for Cookie Entrepreneurs Girl Scout Internet Safety Pledge

Financials
An ACH pre-authorization will be processed on Thursday, January 30. This will be a one-cent deposit into troop accounts. Troops who do not have a clear pre-authorization will be contacted by GSHCC and will not be able to pick up cookies until it has been resolved.

Cookie Cupboard
Our Cookie Cupboards will begin opening on February 21. Hours depend on Cupboard Managers. The roster can be found on Rallyhood and will be emailed directly to SUCMs at a later date. Also, remind troops that Planned Orders deadlines are Sundays at midnight, and we recommend pick-ups for Friday or later to allow time for cookie delivery. Please note: not all Cupboards will accept Unplanned Orders and that only cupboards listed in the pilot will be able to accept exchanges.
Remember to thank your local volunteer-run Cupboards!
