Hello Service Unit Cookie Manager,
We are nearing the end of the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie Program! We want to ensure all troops wrap-up their sale successfully, so please remind troops in your service unit to adhere to all program deadlines. We are excited to see more girls at our cookie experiences this summer.

Cookie Cupboard
We’re down to the final week of the cookie program! Please remember to contact Cupboard managers before visiting to verify the available inventory, as quantities and varieties may be limited. We also encourage troops to use Troop to Troop transfers if they need smaller package quantities. The GSHCC Modesto and Sacramento Cupboards are accepting Unplanned Orders during open Cupboard hours, for all varieties, while supplies last!
GSHCC Modesto and Sacramento Cupboard hours: Tuesday–Friday 2–6pm and Saturday 9am–12pm.

Troop Inventory Exchange Pilot
Troops can exchange full, unopened cases of cookies for other varieties. Planned Orders will still have priority to available inventory; varieties available for exchange will vary by Cupboard. Inventory brought in for exchanges must be in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that this is for exchanges only, not returns. Both GSHCC Cupboards in Modesto and Sacramento, Penn Valley, Lodi, El Dorado Hills, Woodland and Sutter Creek are the Cupboards participating in this pilot. This option will be available at the select Cupboards only from March 11-16.
Last Chance Booths
Last Chance Booth patches will be available for girls that participate in booths during the week of March 11-16. Only one patch per Girl Scout; the total patch request per troop cannot exceed the total number of girls in Smart Cookies. Request forms are due by March 19.

Program Wrap-Up
As the 2025 cookie program comes to an end on Sunday, March 16, here are a few reminders to help wrap up the program. Ensure all sold inventory is assigned to participants. It is not required to have zero on hand inventory, but it is recommended that troops transfer all sold inventory to girls in order to maximize girl rewards earned. Verify that all troops create the Main and Troop Recognition Orders by March 19. Juliettes can submit a Main Recognition Order only. Rewards cannot be ordered for troops without recognition orders Troops with outstanding cookie balances will go into collection process and will not receive Troop Treasure (if earned). Submit all Main and Troop Recognition Orders at service unit level by March 23. Troop and service unit users are responsible for meeting all program deadlines. GSHCC cannot make financial or reward changes after March 26 as orders will be submitted to ABC Bakers after this time. Troop Wrap-up Program Wrap-up

Rewards
All troops must complete a Main and Troop Recognition Order with correct reward choices and sizes, as service units will only receive the exact quantities of items listed on the Smart Cookies recognition reports. Families are responsible for reviewing experience dates before making a reward selection. If an experience date does not work for a family, they should work with their troop to select the alternate option as no other substitutions can be made.
-
Families can reserve a spot at camp before earning the Camp Voucher, but they will be responsible for the $25 deposit.
-
Troop Treasure is earned with a minimum PGA of 250. Troops with an outstanding balance due are not eligible to earn or use Troop Treasure.

Financials
Troops who need an ACH extension must contact GSHCC no later than three days before the withdrawal, even if they do not receive the reminder email. Troops with returned ACH payments will be responsible for all fees incurred due to insufficient funds. If troops have returned payments, they have been notified and returned payments will be shown on their Troop Balance Summary Reports. As troops prepare to wrap up the sale, they should verify girls have a zero-balance due. If girls have a negative balance, troops should verify all Transfers Orders have been completed or refund customers if necessary. Troops should not use troop proceeds to pay girl balances due and are highly encouraged to fill out a Cookie Collection Report if necessary. Completing a Cookie Collection Report ensures all girls in the troop have access to all funds earned. Once a form is completed, GSHCC will apply a credit to the troop account for the collection amount and work with families directly to collect payments. Troops should not collect money from families after completing the form and should direct them to GSHCC instead. Collection Reports cannot be accepted after the due date or without permission forms attached, no exceptions. Girl Financial Transactions Troop Balance Summary Troop Financial Transactions

Cookie Share
Cookie managers must verify that any Cookie Share donations received via Girl Delivery orders after the Initial Order are entered as Virtual Cookie Share or in the Smart Booth Divider for girls to get credit for them. Troops can run the order report in Digital Cookie to calculate any Cookie Share donations sold by each participant digitally. Those numbers need to be compared to what is in Smart Cookie and the difference put in manually in the Virtual Cookie Share tab.

Juliettes
Juliette families should be following the same wrap-up process as troops. Juliettes were instructed to accept card payments only and should have no balance due. If a Juliette has leftover inventory, GSHCC will transfer out up to 24 packages of any variety only if a Juliette Unsold Inventory Form is completed by March 19, no exceptions. Families with a balance due will be contacted by GSHCC directly. Families with outstanding cookie balances are not eligible for Pathway Credits. Girls will be sent their Pathway Credits at the end of May. Caregiver/Juliette Guide
