We are just over halfway through the 2024 Girl Scout Fall Product Program. We are excited to share that at this point in the program, we have 3 top sellers that have surpassed $1000. And remember the top seller will earn the giant plush elephant.

Important Dates

October 7—ACH Authorization Forms Due
October 14—Last day to make delivery address changes
October 20—Fall Product Program Ends
October 20—Caregiver order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 22—Troop order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 23—SU order entry ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
October 24—ACH withdrawal (full balance)
November 13-20—Delivery of nuts/chocolate items and rewards to SU volunteers
November 27—Last day to deliver product to customers

M2 System
|
|
Have you created your avatar in the M2 system? As a service unit fall product manager, you will earn your personalized patch when your service unit reaches $1 in sales - our thanks to you! Need to get information out to your troops? The M2 system makes it easy to send emails to targeted users. Find Just in Time trainings and videos to help you with the M2 system on our website.

Encourage girls to upload their videos once they launch in the M2 system. This will help them practice their skills and customers will get a personal touch.
|

|
|
Product and Reward Delivery
|
|
Remember to verify your product and reward delivery sites in M2 by October 14. An adult 18 or older must be at the designated address to receive the product from the delivery agent. Rewards will be mailed and do not require someone present. Please include delivery notes that may be helpful to the delivery agent when delivering products.

Proceeds
|
|
Participating troops will earn 15 percent of all sales. Older girl troops (Cadette, Seniors and/or Ambassadors only) can opt-out of rewards by October 20 and earn 20 percent in total sales. All ACH Authorization Forms are due on October 7 for troops who did not participate in the 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program or those whose banking information has changed since. Orders will not be placed for troops who do not submit valid banking data.

Juliette Participation
|
|
Juliettes/Individually Registered Girl Scouts can participate via Direct Ship and Girl Delivery orders only. GSHCC will act as their “troop fall product manager” and ensure orders and rewards are entered into the M2 system. Service unit fall product managers will only be responsible for distributing products and rewards in November. Those wishing to participate as Juliettes/IRGS should fill out a Permission Form with “Juliette” as the troop number and “customercare@girlscoutshcc.org” as the email.
