Digital Cookie has been extended through April 21. Girl Scouts may continue to use Digital cookie to take cookie payments from customers, receive Online Girl Delivery orders, and direct ship orders.

You are still able to hold Troop Secured booths through April 21! Enter them in ABC Smart Cookies to be able to take electronic payments. Council secured booth locations are not able to be extended.

Complete transfers in ABC Smart Cookies. Let families know how many packages their child has sold - they may be close to the next reward level!

Got cookie dough? Reach out to any families with an outstanding balance and let them know how much they owe. Does a Girl Scout have a negative balance? Check her Digital Cookie Girl Delivery orders as she may have Cookie Share that still needs to be filled by the troop. See last weeks cookie sheet for instructions.

Did your troop receive Troop Direct Ship orders?
|
|
Don’t forget to see if your troop received any Troop Direct Ship orders. These are orders from customers who went to girlscoutcookies.org looking for a booth near them and then decided to order cookies to be shipped directly to them. Your troops number happened to be featured that day. To find if you have any orders, hover over Orders, click on Troop Direct Ship Orders. Scroll to the bottom of the page to distribute to the Girl Scouts. Use these cookies to help a Girl Scout that may be close to the next level.

Cookie Rewards

Before you create your reward orders in ABC Smart Cookies, it is important that your troop proceeds, Main Recognition Plan, and Troop Reward Plan are correctly assigned. To check/verify that the information is up to date, please follow these instructions.
Do you have Girl Scouts close to the next reward level? They may only be a few packages away! Let families know how far their child is from the next cookie reward level.

Girl Scouts who sell 600 or more will be contacted via email by Badgerland to choose their rewards. They will receive that email the week of April 28.

Extra Troop Proceeds
|
Earn an EXTRA $1 per box!
On every case taken out of the cupboards and sold the weeks of March 30 through April 13, troops will earn an extra $1 per box in troop proceeds.
Extra proceeds not offered on previous orders.
Cases must be kept/sold in full case increments. Mixed cases count as well.

Earn the "We Sold Out Badgerland" Patch
|
|
Each Girl Scout that helps sell an additional case of cookies between March 30 - April 13, no matter if it comes from their troop taking cookies from another troops inventory OR from the Council Cupboard will earn the "We Sold Out Badgerland" patch.
|
|
Maximum number of patches a troop can earn: One for every selling Girl Scout and one for every registered volunteer.
How to claim your patch:
Troops will fill out a form after the sale to list all Girl Scouts/volunteers who earned the patch. Troops may only submit the form once. The form will be sent after the sale is over.

One entry for every case taken out of the cupboard and kept during the weeks of March 30 and April 6. AND/OR

One entry for any booth listed in ABC and kept/worked between March 30 - April 13. AND/OR

In addition to hosting booths and taking cookies from a Council cupboard, troops will earn an entry if they help a sister troop reduce their inventory and have a troop to troop transfer anytime between March 30 - April 13. One entry per troop you help.

Bring a friend Marcus Theatre certificates: The troop will receive an extra ticket per selling GS to allow the GS to bring a friend along with them. We will also provide enough adult tickets to make sure we meet that new safety ratio.

Several dates have been updated to reflect the Digital Cookie extension.
April 13: Original Cookie sale end date. Keep selling until your inventory is at zero.
April 13 - 21: Digital Cookie sale extension. Girl Scouts may continue to use Digital cookie to take cookie payments from customers, receive Online Girl Delivery orders, and direct ship orders. Troops may continue to have Troop Secured cookie booths to reduce their inventory.
April 14 - 16: Any consignment cookies need to be returned to the cupboard in which they were picked up from. Please work with the cupboard manager to return any cookies your troop no longer wants to be held responsible for.
April 21: All cookies should be delivered to customers.
April 21: Girl & Troop reward order due in Smart Cookies.
April 22: Turn in any Delinquent Parent Information.
April 22: Deposit cookie money into troop bank account.
April 30: Final ACH Withdrawal.
Late May: Pick up Girl Rewards from PPL and distribute.
May/Early June: Badgerland Bucks and Adventure Point items mailed to Girl Scouts by Badgerland.
